Roy Mills     Services were held for Roy Mills, 26-year-old victim of a pickup-train collision, at 2 p.m. today at Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel. Rev. Paul Moore of the Christian Church of Rupert officiated. Interment was in Wilder.
