Richard Muller     Richard Muller, 51, of Wilder, died Friday, Jan. 26, 1996, at a Nampa hospital.  Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell, under the direction of Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
