Tammy Patchett
Funeral services for Tammy Gayl Patchett, 4-month-old
daughter of M. Lois and Harold Maylan Patchett of Nampa, who
died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1988, at the Nampa hospital, will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 1988, at the Nampa 3rd
Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 504 11th
Ave. Bishop Mark Johansen, bishop of the ward will
officiate. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest
Memorial Gardens.
Tammy Gayl Patchett
was born on Sept. 29, 1987, at Nampa, where she had since
resided. She was a member of the Nampa 3rd Ward LDS
Church.
She is survived by her
parents, Harold Maylan and M. Lois Patchett of Nampa; seven
brothers, Michael Lee, David Wayne, Harold William "Bill",
Thomas Jeffrey, Benjamen Daniel, Kenneth Marshall and James
Edgar, all at home; her maternal grandparents, Don and Hazel
Sword, Nampa; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ella Patchett,
Caldwell; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was
preceded in death by her grandfather, Harold Franklin
Patchett, on Sept. 22, 1987.
The
family suggest memorial contributions to the Downs Syndrome
Parents Support Group, 5420 E. Lewis Lane, Nampa, 83651; or
flowers may be sent.
Friends may call
at the Alsip Funeral Chapel today from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and
Monday at the 3rd Ward from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
