Viola Moore
    Funeral services for Viola C. Moore, 69, of the Central Cove area, who died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1988, at the Caldwell hospital will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, by the Rev. Ray Thompson of the United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    Mrs. Moore was born on July 27, 1918, at Willow Springs, Mo., to Robert and Sarah Freeman McDaniel.  She was reared and educated at Willow Springs.  She moved with her family to the Wilder area in the mid-1930s.  She married Homer E. Moore on Dec. 26, 1936, at Caldwell.  They lived in the Notus and Dixie areas before moving to the Central Cove area in 1943.  She helped farm with her husband.  Mr. Moore died in April 1984.  She moved into Caldwell in the summer of 1986.  She enjoyed gardening, reading, canning, latch hook rugs and people coming to visit.  She was a member of the Stateline Grange Homedale.
    She is survived by four sons, Elmer, Stan, Larry and Albert Moore, all of Caldwell; two brothers, Robert McDaniel of  Madras, Ore., and James "Ab" McDaniel of Phoenix, Ore.; a sister, May Hood of Madras; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
    Friends may call Friday at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
