William Norris
    Private graveside services for William E. "Bill" Norris, 82, of Wilder, who died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 1990, at his home of natural cauies, were held at the Wilder Cemetery, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mr. Norris was born March 30, 1908, at Baiety, Ark, a son of John Henry and Corenna Jane Darrow Norris.  He was reared and educated in Oklahoma.  He married Lillie J. Jeffreys April 10, 1927, at Delaware, Okla.  The couple lived in Vinita, Okla., until 1937 when they moved to Wilder.  He had farmed for several farmers in the area and had worked for J.R. Simplot Co. of Caldwell for five years, retiring in 1973.  Mrs. Norris died March 21, 1976, at Caldwell.
    He was a member of the Free Holiness Church of Wilder.
    He is survived by two daughters, Neoma Donica of Caldwell and Velva (Mrs. Bill) Simpson of Nampa; four brothers, Henry Norris of Grove, Okla., Claude Norris of Marsing, and Clyde and Clarence Norris, both of Wilder; a sister, Jewel Keeter of Wilder; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter and two great-granddaughters.
