Wilma Osier     Wilma W. Osier, 87, of Nampa, died Saturday, July 31, 1993, at the Caldwell hospital.  Private services will be conducted in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell, under the direction of Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
