Willie T. Parks     PARMA — Services for Willie T. "Bill" Parks, 70, of Parma, who died Monday at a Caldwell nursing home, will be conducted at the Parma Dakan Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Plais Johnson of the Landmark Missionary Church.     Interment will be at Parma Cemetery.     Mr. Parks was born on Sept. 27, 1903, in Marion County, Mo., and lived in Donephan, Mo., until he was 19.  He spent several years in Chicago before coming to Parma in 1951.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman.     He has no known survivors, but many friends.
