William J. Morgan
    Services for William J. “Jap" Morgan, 85, 4520 Denton St., Boise, who died Thursday, Dec. 22, in a Boise care center, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Alden-Waggoner Chapel, Boise.
    High Priest Marion Renfro of Clarkston, Wash., and Elder Don Nippert, Nampa, of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, will officiate.  Private family interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Nampa.
    He was born on Oct. 1, 1898, at Stonewall, Okla.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Susie L. Morgan, whom he married on Aug. 26, 1918, at Kanawa, Okla.  He worked for Carter Petroleum Co. and then moved from Kansas to Idaho in 1938.  They lived on a farm in the Deer Flat area until retiring in 1978.
    He is survived by two daughters, Ethel Porter and Ellen (?)falich, both of Boise; two brothers, Earl of California and George of Texas; two sisters, Zona and Annie of Oklahoma; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a granddaughter.
    Friends may call at the Alden-Waggoner Chapel in Boise today from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.
