CALDWELL
— Services for Cynthia Denise Prohaska, 17-year-old daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn J. Prohaska of 2409 South Ohio Avenue,
who was killed in an automobile-train collision Tuesday, will
be conducted at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel at 3:30 p.m.
Friday. Elder Leon Cornforth of Spokane, Wash., formerly
of Boise, and Elder Ralph Martin of Caldwell, both Seventh-day
Adventist ministers, will officiate. Interment will be
at Hillcrest. Miss Prohaska was born
Feb. 12, 1948, in Nampa, and lived all of her life in
Caldwell. She attended Gem State Academy Grade School,
Caldwell High School in her sophomore year, and had completed
her junior year at Gem State Academy. She would have
been a senior student next month at the academy of the
Seventh-day Adventist Church. She had
been employed this summer as a waitress at the Golden Pheasant
restaurant. She was a member of the Seventh-day
Adventist Church. Surviving in addition
to her parents are a brother, L. Jay Prohaska of Caldwell; a
sister, Karen Kay Prohaska of Caldwell, and her grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Prohaska of Caldwell and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph
R. Stewart of Boise. |
