Steven L. Phelps

     CALDWELL Services for Steven L. Phelps, 12, 1617 Blaine, who died Wednesday in a Nampa hospital, will be conducted at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. George Sedwick of the Church of God of Prophecy of Nampa.  Interment will be at !crest Memorial Gardens.
    The boy was born April 11, 1960, in Nampa, while his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Phelps, were living in Marsing.  The family moved to Mountain Home Air Force Base later that year, and to Germany in 1964.  They returned to Mountain Home in 1965 and moved to Caldwell in 1970. He had attended Van Buren School here.  He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy of Nampa.
    Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Robert and David, and a sister, Carolyn, all at home; a paternal grandmother, Nell Meier of Casper, Wyo.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Higgins of Marsing, and a paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Henry Phelps of Wheatland, Wyo.  He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Forrest Phelps.
    Friends may call at the chapel after 7 tonight.
