Agnes Ramer, 94, of Three Forks,
Montana, formerly of Nampa, died Monday, December 5, 1994, on
her birthday at a Townsend, Montana, hospital. Graveside
funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday,
December 12, 1994, at the Building of Reverence, Hillcrest
Memorial Gardens. Rev. Arthur R. Hauge, pastor of the
Nampa Calvary Baptist Church will officiate. Services
are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
Agnes Ramer was born on December 5, 1900, at Wanette,
Oklahoma, to Green and Dora Smith. Her mother died in
childbirth and Agnes was reared in Wanette by her
grandparents, T.J. and Mary Jane McCall. She married
Lawrence Stanley Ramer on May 4, 1919, in Wanette where they
farmed. In August of 1944 they came to Idaho and settled
in the Melba area where they continued farming. They
then moved to a farm near Kuna. They later retired from
farming and moved to Nampa to make their-home. Mr. Ramer
died on October 8, 1975. About 5 years ago Agnes moved
to Three Forks, Montana, to live with her daughter where she
had since resided.
Agnes attended the
Nampa Calvary Baptist Church. She was a member of the
Kuna Craft Club and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and

daughters, Dorothy McClure and her husband, Jesse, Nampa, Mary
Lee Opp and her husband Walter, Nampa, Ruth Tilden, Three
Forks, Montana; 1 son, Raymond Ramer and his wife Beverly,
Anaheim, California; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren;
and several great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents
and 1 son.
The family suggests memorial
contributions to the Nampa Senior Citizen Center, 1303 3rd.
