Florence E. Rash

    NAMPA Graveside funeral services for Florence E. Rash, 86, 614 15th Ave. N., who died Tuesday at a Nampa hospital following an extended illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
    Dr. James O. York Sr., pastor of the Nampa First Christian Church, will officiate.  Services and interment are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel and the cortege will leave the chapel at 1:45 p.m.
    Mrs. Rash was born Feb. 21, 1888, at Lamoni, Iowa and was reared in Iowa.  She came to Long Valley, Idaho and homesteaded near Arling, Idaho, which is now under Cascade Lake.  She came to Nampa in 1916 and has resided here since that time.
    She was a member of the Nampa First Christian Church.
    She is survived by four sons, W. Frank Rash, Boise; Judy E. Rash, Vancouver, Wash., Floyd M. Rash, Nampa, and Lewis C. Rash, Modesto, Calif.; and by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by one daughter, one brother, and one grandchild.
