Oma Ray

       Oma Elnora Ray, 87, of Parma, died Friday, November 15, 1991, at a Caldwell nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, at the Parma Cemetery.  Rev. Sam Hendrix of Wilder, Idaho, will officiate.  Services are under the direction of the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
    Mrs. Ray was born June 9, 1904, at Cabool, Missouri, to Joseph R. and Epsa Lettuno.  She married George Ray, October 13, 1921, at Cabool.  They came, to Parma in 1944 where she had since resided.
    Mrs. Ray had been a member of Pine Flat First Baptist Church since 1924.  She was also a member of the Veterans Auxiliary #2726 of Parma and a member of the Friendship Circle and Parma Senior Citizens.
    Surviving are a son, Hershel Ray of Parma; two granddaughters, Bobbie Hamar and Georgia Ray; a great-granddaughter, Ashley Hamar; two sisters, Mae Julian and Anna Schaffer; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, George; three brothers and a niece.
    At her request, memorials may be made to the Parma Senior Citizens in lieu of flowers.
