Richard Robinson

     Graveside services for Richard "Dick" Robinson, 62, of Nampa, who died Friday, July 27, 1990, at the Nampa hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at Hillcrest, Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.  The Rev. LaMar Bollinger, Church of the Brethren, Nampa will officiate.  Services are under the direction of Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    Dick was born May 21, 1928, at Osage, Iowa, a son of Everett H. and Ada W. Puls Robinson.  At 6 months of age he moved with his family to Mason City, Iowa, where he was reared and educated.  He served in the U.S. Army in the late 1940s. He married Harriett K. Aldridge Aug. 20, 1950, at Mason City where they made their home.  Dick worked for the Armour Food Co. and transfered to Nampa in 1976.  In 1985 he retired from Armour due to ill health.
    His greatest joy has been spending time with his granddaughter Heidi.
    Survivors included a son, Larry R. Robinson of North Liberty, Iowa; two daughters, Sandy L Robinson and Barbara A Hopwood, both of Nampa; brother, Ken Robinson of Humboldt, Iowa; and two granddaughters, Christine and Heidi.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriett, June 17, 1984.
    Friends may call at Persons-' Flahiff Funeral Chapel until 9 p.m. today and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until noon.
