Boemeke |
Services for Mr. Alma M. Boemeke, 70, of 214 Holly st.,
Caldwell, who died Thursday night in a local hospital, will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.
The Rev. Ralph Holcomb will officiate. Interment will be in
Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Boemeke was born Feb. 2, 1893, in Wilcox, Neb., and moved from
Nebraska to Spokane, Wash., with her parents when a young
girl. She was married to Floyd Blunt in 1911 in Spokane.
She was later later married to A. W. Boemeke in 1932.
She worked in department stores in Salt Lake city, with
the Cresent Dept. Stores in Spokane, the Hartfelds and
Rothchild Dept. Stores in Kansas City, Mo.
She came to Caldwell in 1960 and later that year, she
moved back to Spokane. She returned to Caldwell last August.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Floydean M. Mangelsen, Caldwell; a
brother, Albert Carlson, Spokane; a sister, Eleanor Gray,
Spokane; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. |
