Services for Brian Lee Cook, 15, of Nampa, who died
Monday, Dec. 22, in the
hospital of natural causes, will be held at 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday at the Nampa Fellowship Tabernacle Church.
The Rev. Richard Reneau will officiate under the
direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in
Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.

1978 and had attended several muscular dystrophy camps.
He enjoyed writing stories and poems.
He is survived by his parents of Nampa; three sisters,
Joy, Katie and Christie, all of Nampa; his grandparents Irene
and Paul Nickens of Parma, Jo Breshears of Sun Valley, Don
Breshears of burns, Ore., and Bill Cook of Phoenix, Ariz.;
several great-grandparents; and many aunts, uncles and
