Brian Cook

      Services for Brian Lee Cook, 15, of Nampa, who died Monday, Dec. 22, in the Nampa hospital of natural causes, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Nampa Fellowship Tabernacle Church.
      The Rev. Richard Reneau will officiate under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
      Brian, a student, was born
Jan. 18, 1971, at Nampa to James and Roberta Breshears Cook.  He was reared and educated in Nampa.  He was a sophomore at Nampa High School at the time of his death.
      He was a Muscular Dystrophy Poster Child from 1976 to 1978 and had attended several muscular dystrophy camps.
      He enjoyed writing stories and poems.
      He is survived by his parents of Nampa; three sisters, Joy, Katie and Christie, all of Nampa; his grandparents Irene and Paul Nickens of Parma, Jo Breshears of Sun Valley, Don Breshears of burns, Ore., and Bill Cook of Phoenix, Ariz.; several great-grandparents; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
      Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association,
E. 805 3rd Ave. No. 21, Spokane, Wash. 99202.
      Friends may call today from 5 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the Alsip Chapel, Nampa
