Chelsea A. Cook

      Services for Mrs. Chelsea A. Cook, 55, 604 Grant St., who died yesterday in a Caldwell hospital will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel.  The Rev. Dr. Harold N. Nye will officiate.  Interment will be in Hillcrest with committal services in charge of Hermosa Chapter 32, Order of Eastern Star.
      Mrs. Cook was born Nov. 11, 1906, in Redding, Iowa.  She was reared in Redding and attended Iowa State Teachers College.  She taught school in Nevada, Iowa, for six years and was married March 12, 1932, in Grant City, Mo. to John Merritt Cook.  They farmed there for two years and moved to
Boise in 1935.  They moved to Caldwell in 1942.
      She was a member of the Methodist Church, Hermosa Chapter 32, Order of Eastern Star, and RHO Chapter, Phi Alpha Kappa Sorority.

      Surviving in addition to Mr. Cook are a son, Melvin Cook of Caldwell; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Ugarriza of San Pablo, Calif.; a brother Ray Shafer in Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Unis Norris in Iowa and Mrs. Ray Montsinger of Grant City, Mo
