Claude F. Fuson

            NAMPA Services for Claude Franklin Fuson, 77, of 412 Fern St., Nampa, who died at a Nampa hospital Tuesday, will be at 1 p.m. Tomorrow at the North Nampa Church of the Nazarene.  The Rev. Harold Kiemel will officiate.  Interment will be at Hillcrest, under direction of Alsip Chapel.
     Mr. Fuson was born Jan. 20, 1886, at Siloam Springs, Ark.  He married Grace Wilson on Dec. 25, 1909, at Winterset, Iowa.  They homesteaded in Colorado until moving to South Dakota, and came to Nampa in 1936, where they had since resided.
            Mr. Fuson worked about 15 years for the city recreation department.  Mrs. Fuson died Dec. 17, 1962.  They had celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1959.
            Mr. Fuson was a member of the North Nampa Church of the Nazarene.
            Survivors include five sons, Glen Fuson, Ishpeming, Mich.; Elvin Fuson of Holly, Colo., Ralph Fuson of Nampa, Clair Fuson of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Carroll Fuson, Santa Barbara, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce Sooby, Lawrence, Kan.; three brothers, Lester and Guy Fuson, both of Des Moines, Iowa, and Delbert Fuson of Tacoma, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. Tina Bogue, Anacortes, Wash., and Mrs. Nettie Binns, Winterset; 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two daughters and four brothers and sisters.
