Funeral
services for Chloie Jane Deleon, 76, of Parma, who died
Tuesday, February 16, 1993, at a Nampa care center, will be
conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, February 19, 1993, at the Flahiff
Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Reverend Paul Woods of the Seventh
Day Church of God, Caldwell, will officiate. Burial will
follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
Mrs. Deleon was born September 16, 1916, at Scotia,
Nebraska, a daughter of Alonzo and Nora Linderman Dowers. She
was reared and educated in Kansas. Chloie married Felix Deleon
on December 23, 1943, in New Mexico. The couple moved to
Parma, Idaho, where she has-since resided. She had worked for
the J.R. Simplot Company for 23 years. Mr. Deleon died in
1990.
Chloie enjoyed shopping at yard sales.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Church of God,
Caldwell. Survivors include two sons, Raymond and his wife,
Judy, of Boise and Stanley of Parma; a daughter and her
husband, Donna and Cliff Bull of Wenatchee, Washington; two
brothers, Boyd and Jacob Dowers, both in Califomia; three
sisters, Gladys Castro of Caldwell, Ina Everett of Wilder and
Elvina Palmer of Kuna; ten grandchildren; four great
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, a
sister, and two grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorials be given to the
American Heart Association, 270 S. Orchard, Suite B, Boise,
Idaho 83705.
