Services for Daisy B. Cotner, 78, of Nampa, who died Sunday in
a Nampa hospital, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the
Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Leonard Hanold, minister of
the Nampa Church of Christ, will officiate. Interment
will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell
Mrs. Cotner was born on Nov. 26, 1906, at Rock Springs,
Wyo. She was reared and educated in Wyoming and
Colorado. She married Willis H. Cotner on Feb. 21, 1935,
at St. Louis Mo., where they lived for about 20 years.
They moved to Chelan, Wash., where they lived until 1950 when
they moved to Nampa. He preceded her in death on April
24, 1970. She was a member of the Nampa Church of
Christ.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Hogan,
Nampa; three grandsons, Dale Hogan of Los Angeles, Calif.,
Dennis Hogan of Nampa and Howard Hogan of Boise; two
granddaughters, Peggy Hogan, Boise and Janet Owens, Nampa;
five great-grandchildren and two nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and four
brothers.
