Services for Donald Grant Wymer, 63, of Portland, Ore., who
died Friday in Portland, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday
at the Parma Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel. The Rev. Paul Yadon
will officiate. Interment will be in Parma.
Mr. Wymer was born April 1, 1900, in Pomona, Kan., and
came to Idaho in 1913. He attended school at Parma and later
farmed in the Parma area. In the late 1920s, he moved to the
Oregon coast, where he since had owned and operated boarding
houses and restaurants. He was preceded in death in 1960 by
his mother. Two brothers also preceded him in death.
Surviving are his father, Ed Wymer of Parma; four
brothers, William of Bremerton, Wash.; Ervin of Notus, Ernest
of Los Angeles and Jack Wymer of Boise, and five sisters, Mrs.
Fern Davis of Ontario, Mrs. Sarah Tucker of Ukiah, Calif., and
Mrs. Margaret Wight, Mrs. Juanita Allen and Mrs. Mary Hinman,
all of Parma.
