Dale W. Dibben, 45, of Delmar, Idaho, died Thursday, February
27,1997 of natural causes. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m.
Sunday March 2, 1997, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Dale was born to Jess and Virginia Dibben Nov. 29, 1951
in Webster, Massachusetts. He moved to Idaho at an early age
and later made his home of 11 years in the old ghost town of
Delmar, Idaho. He bought a cabin that had been standing since
1896 and with his hard work and love for the mountains he made
that old cabin fit for a king. One of his favorite things to
do was soak his bones in the hot springs. He loved the feeling
of freedom he felt at his mountain home where he could sit out
on his porch and see the most beautiful stars in the world.
Although his time here was cut short he lived it to the
fullest and he touched many people's lives. We'll cherish him
in our thoughts and hearts forever. He will be greatly missed.
We love you!
Dale is survived by his wife Bernie of Nampa, six
children: Rori, Lori, Abe, Scott, Jackie and Jason, two
sisters: Nancy Halcom and husband Dave of Nampa and Virginia
Stephen and husband Pete of Nyssa, OR, ten grandchildren Levi,
Kelia, Ariel, Cody, Abe Jr., Christina, William, Jameson,
Andrew and Angela. He was preceded in death by his parents,
two nephews and several aunts and uncles
