Earl Eugene Boston,
85, of Parma, died December 2, 1995, at 2 p.m. at the Nyssa
Lienkaemper Chapel, Interment will follow at the Parma
Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at
the Nyssa Chapel.
Earl was born November 2, 1910, in Parma, ID to John
and Anna Boston. He married Pauline Rogers at Vale, OR,
December 10, 1931. They made their home in Apple Valley.
He farmed until 1937 when he helped build and worked at the
Sugar Factory in Nyssa. He retired from the Sugar
Factory as Asst. Master Mechanic in 1975. After
retirement Earl and his wife spent 13 winters in Tucson, AZ,
traveling and enjoying time with family. He especially
enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He
was a member of the Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Pauline; 1 brother,
Roy Boston of Vancouver, WA; 3 sons and their wives,
Roger (Gene) and Marcia of Phoenix, AZ, John and Sharon of
Apple Valley and Donald and Janet of Seattle, WA; 3
daughters, Marian and Robert Shippy of Weiser, ID, Joanne and
Richard Harris of Springfield, OR and Betty Bolton of Ontario,
OR; 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2
brothers, Henry and Raymond; 1 sister, Mary Jamison and
a grandson, Joseph Bolton. Memorial contributions may be
made to the Charity of your Choice.
