Edna L.
Beckwith, 81, of Nampa, died Friday, November 11, 1994, at the
Nampa hospital of natural causes. Memorial services will
be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1994 at Dakan Funeral
Chapel, Caldwell. Don Hardenbrook, Associate Pastor of
the Oregon Trail Church of God, will officiate.
Mrs. Beckwith was born March 21, 1913, at Wilder to Bert and
Mae Kernan Garlick. She was raisedd and educated at
Wilder and worked at the Golden Rule Store in Homedale for
many years. She married Frank Beckwith in 1974 in
Elko, Nevada, and they made their home in Homedale until the
late 1970s when they retired.
Surviving are 3 sisters, Gladys Allison, Wilma Benham and
Betty Schroeder, all of Caldwell, and numerous nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; and two
sisters, Evelyn Walker and Freda Cook.
Her family suggests that memorials be made to a favorite
charity. |
