Fred M.
Bergemann, 76, of Nampa, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 1991, at a
Boise hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 28, at Zion Lutheran Church, 404 Nectarine St.,
Nampa, with the rev. David H. Schmidt officiating.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
Mr. Bergemann was born July 15, 1914, at Pueblo, Colo., a son
of Frederick M. and Helena A. Sughrue Bergemann and was raised
and attended school there. He married Helen B. Zittel
June 22, 1940, at Loveland, Colo., and they made their home at
Pueblo until moving to Nampa in 1953. He was a carpenter
and worked on many construction projects in the Treasure
Valley until he retired in 1970 due to an injury.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Nampa.
Survivors include his wife, Helen, of Nampa; three sons and
two daughters-in-law, Fred W. and Genie Bergemann of Portland,
Ore., Terry W. and Linda Bergemann of Erie, Penn., and Rick D.
Bergemann of Nampa; two brothers, Walter A. and Leroy
Bergemann, both of Pueblo; two sisters, Ruth Lane and Betty
Mahan, both of Pueblo; nine grandchildren; and several nieces
and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. |
