Glenn Allen

     Memorial services for Glenn L. Allen, 50, of Middleton, who died Saturday, Feb. 1, at home of natural causes, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church, Middleton. The Rev. Dave Lewis will officiate.  Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Middleton Cemetery under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
|     Mr. Allen was born Aug. 8, 1935, in Boise, to Marvin and Mabel Hamilton Allen.  He was reared and educated in Boise and Twin Falls.  He served with the U.S. Air Force and later in the U.S. Navy.  He married Donna Mook on June 17, 1955, in Pinehurst, and the couple made their home in Spokane, Wash.  They later resided in Eden, he did custom farming and worked as a truck driver for 13 years.  The family moved to Middleton in 1979 where he had been engaged in draftman's work, having completed courses in drafting from Boise College in 1966. He had a private pilot's license and enjoyed flying, design drawing and spending time with his family.  He was a member of the Baptist Church.
     He is survived by his wife, of Middleton; a son, Glenn Jr. of Middleton; three daughters, Mrs. Steve (Christine) Babcock of Hayden Lake, Mrs. Toni (Teresa) Trecker of Colorado Springs, Colo, and Mrs. Steve (Sherrie) Mitchell of Nampa; his parents, of Palo Verde, Calif.; a sister, Sylvia Moran of Rigby; six granddaughters, four nieces and one nephew.
