Gregorio De La Paz

    NAMPA - Mass of the Resurrection for Gregorio De La Paz, 58, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Nampa, who died Thursday in a Phoenix hospital, will be celebrated at ll a.m.  Wednesday at St. Paul's Catholic Church by the Rev. Paul J. Flynn, S.M.
    Interment will be at. Mount Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
    He was born Sept. 18, 1917, in Uvalde, Tex., and was reared in Texas. He married Amelia Garza at Carnes City. Tex., on Sept. 14, 1934. They lived in Kennedy, Tex., until moving to Raymondville, Tex., in 1938. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. They came to Nampa in 1957. He had been employed in Phoenix for the past few months.
    Surviving are his wife, of Nampa; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Agapito De La paz, Nampa; two sons. Arturo and Conrado, both of Nampa; four daughters, Aurora Nelson, Adelaida Contreras, Gregoria Negrette and Connie Chicartegui, all of Nampa; two sisters, Sara Fuentes, Hale Center, Tex., and Maria Zamora, El Campo, Tex.; and ll grandchildren.
