Harry was born December 14, 1926, in Pendleton, Oregon.
Harry served his country for 40 years through many honorable
enlistments in the U.S. Navy where he saw the world and served
in many different positions. Harry and his wife Delores moved
to Nampa four years ago to be closer to their children and
grandchildren. Harry loved his country, his family and is
friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand to
others. He enjoyed woodworking as a hobby and was often
making gifts for his kids and grandkids. He was a member of
the Nampa American Legion Post #18 and was very active in

the Legion’s different community projects.
Harry is survived by his wife Delores, three children
from a previous marriage, three step children, eleven
grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
Our husband, father and grandfather made our lives
better, and he will be missed greatly. We love him very much
and will always remember him for his love, generosity and
concern for others. He will always be in our hearts and we
were blessed and privileged to have such a good man involved
in our lives.
Friends may call Sunday at Alsip Funeral Chapel from 4 to
8 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. |
