Bledsoe

     Harvey Junior "Jude" Bledsoe, 67, of Hermiston, OR, died Friday, March 7, 1997 in a Hermiston hospital.  Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, March 10, 1997 at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.  Services are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
     He was born on October 6, 1929 in Stahl, Missouri to Harvey Lee and Ethel Sharp Bledsoe.  He was raised in Missouri and graduated from the Marelock School.  He moved to Idaho with his parents where he married Betty Wilmorth.
     They had three children, Yvonne, Sonya and Harvetta.  He worked for the Reclamation Dept.
     Upon divorcing he moved to Waterloo, Iowa where the worked for the Waterloo Concrete Silo Co.  He then married Frieda Waterman of Bowmont, ID.  They had three children; Gayland, Victor and Cheryl.  He worked as an Idaho State Meat Inspector until his retirement.  He resided in Nampa until he moved to Hermiston where he lived three years.
     He is survived by: His children, Gayland & Victor Bledsoe and tom & Cheryl Huxell of Hermiston, OR, Sonja & Craig DeBorde of Hayden Lake, ID, Yvonne & Tom White of Nampa, Harvetta & Bob Gray of Coeur D' Alene, ID; 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; Two sisters in law, Pat & Joy Bledsoe; Two aunts, Belva Beyers of Colfax, WA and Peggy Sharp of Novinger, MO; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
     He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Kenneth , Carlos and Melvin.
     Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel on Sunday from noon until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
