Lucille Callaway

      Private graveside services for Lucille Ellen Callaway, 83, of Nampa, who died Sunday, July 26, at a Nampa nursing home, where held today at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
      The Rev. Joseph Housh of the First United Methodist Church, Nampa, officiated, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
      Mrs. Callaway was born July 22, 1904, in Downey, Calif., to William W. and Elvira M. Gurdy Bramlette.  She attended grade school at Bell, Calif., and graduated from high school at Lone Pine, Calif.
      She married Arthur M. Calloway Jan. 23, 1929, at Yuma, Ariz.  They made their home in California and Nevada, where they were involved in the restaurant business and ranching most of their lives.
      They moved in 1979 to Nampa, where they had since resided.
     She loved the outdoors and enjoying both hunting and fishing.
      She is survived by her husband of Nampa; a daughter, Gwendolyn L (Mrs. John) Moore of Nampa; two brothers, Wales G. Bramlette of Benton, Calif., and Thomas J. Bramlette of Salmon; and several nieces and nephews.
      She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur W. Callaway, May 24, 1983.
