Lucile M. Dice, 86, of Nampa, went to be with her Lord, on
Friday, September 29, 1995, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday,
October 2, 1995, at the Zion Lutheran Church at the corner of
Sherman and Nectarine in Nampa. Pastor David Schmidt will
officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Services are under the direction of Alsip Funeral Chapel,
Lucile was born in Parker, South Dakota, on October 30,
1908, She was the first child of seven, born to Francis and
Margaret Hinrich. She married Carl C, Dice on November 28,
1924, in Parker, South Dakota. Out of this beloved union, they
were gifted with 14 children, 46 grandchildren, 80 great
grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Her life was devoted to her family and to God above all else.
Her caring example has touched many lives and she will be
missed by all who knew her.
Lucile was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and was very
active in LWML Fellowship and Bible Study.
She is survived by her 14 children and their spouses;
Renee & Kenneth Good, Nampa; Verene Dearden, Scott City,
Kansas;. Dorothy Bender, Parker, Colorado; Deloras & Bob
Harkness, Scott City, Kansas; Jean & Don Brandenburger,
Denver, Colorado; Carl & Bonnie Dice, Nampa; Marilyn & Leonard
Barber, Deming, New Mexico; Belva & Gerry Burgin, Klamath,
California; Arlene & Boyd Cookson, Nampa; Darrel Dice, Nampa;
Dennis Dice, Bend, Oregon; Kathy Coats, Bend, Oregon; Rita &
Gene Peterson, Boise; Bonnie & Jack Cravens, Richland,
Washington; three sisters; Sister DeLellis of Rochester,
Minn.; LaVera Beaner of Humbolt, South Dakota; and Margaret
Lein of Mound, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl C. Dice,
who died July 4, 1979; two brothers, Marvin Hinrich and Keith
Hinrich; one sister, Dorothy Kuab; and 3 sons-in-law, Jack
Kelly, George Bender, and Les Dearden.

Saturday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
