NAMPA - Funeral
services for Mrs. Mabel L. Dillehay, 82, 315 13th Ave. S., who
died Saturday night at a Nampa hospital, will be held at 2
p.m. Wednesday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
The Rev. A.E. Woodcook, pastor of the Nampa First
Church of the Nazarene, will officiate. Interment will
follow in the Garden of Devotion at Hillcrest Memorial
Gardens.
Mrs. Dillehay was born Nov. 26, 1885, at Vermillion,
Kan., and was reared in Kansas. She was married to Ira
Forrest Dillehay on June 21, 1910, at Vermillion. They
lived in Iowa from 1918 until 1940, then moved to Nampa where
she had since resided. Mr. Dillehay preceded her in
death on Sept. 30, 1956. She was a member of the Syringa
Club of Nampa.
Survivors include five sons, Roger Dillehay, Finland,
Minn., Wilson Dillehay, Lompoc, Calif., Joseph Dillehay, and
J. Douglas Dillehay, both of Nampa, and Richard Dillehay,
Richmond, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Earl Powers, Nampa; one
brother, Malcom Rogers, Nampa; one sister, Miss Irene Rogers,
Nampa; 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. |
