Services for Mark W. Chatterton, 29, Caldwell Route 8, who
drowned on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Swan Falls, will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Dakan Funeral Chapel,
Caldwell.
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens,
Caldwell. He was born Feb. 3, 1954, at Portland, Ore.
He moved to Pocatello with this family at the age of 1-year.
He attended school at Pocatello and graduated from Highland
High School in 1972.
He started his plumbing apprenticeship in 1972 at
Pocatello and then moved to Boise in 1974. He married
Stacy Brotherson on May 3, 1980, at Boise. They had
lived in Washington and for the alst year had lived at
Colstrip, Mont., before moving back to Caldwell. He was
a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local 296, at
Boise. He held a sixth degree blackbelt in karate and
had taught karate at the Katji Kempt School at Nampa.
He is survived by his wife and their expectant child,
one daughter, Shilo, and one son Josua, all of Caldwell; and
three sisters, Lora Whiting, Debbie Fisher, Jennie Reese; one
brother, Doug Chatterton; his parents, Doyle and Dorothy
Chatterson; maternal grandmother, Louise Gardner; paternal
grandparents, Roy and Virgie Steele; and numerous nieces and
nephews, all of Pocatello. |
