Services for Oliver F. (Frank) Clarke, 59, of
Caldwell, Route 10, who died Saturday, December 17, at home of
Natural Causes, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday at the
Dakan Funeral chapel, Caldwell, by the Reverend Richard Shaw of the
First Baptist Church, Caldwell.
Internment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens,
He was born May 28, 1924 at Taylor, Nebraska, to Oliver
and Laura Leota Clarke, and was reared and educated there. He joined
the U.S. Army and served in the Pacific during WWII. He married
Delores (Dee) McKeeman on June 3, 1948, at Broken Bow, Nebraska. He
had worked for the Boise Project Board of Control at Lake Lowell at
the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife of Caldwell, two daughters,
Ellen Berggen of Boise, and Leota Witt of Caldwell,; two sons,
Dennis Clarke of Boise and Wayne Clarke of Caldwell; one brother,
Leonard Clarke of Terrebonne, Oregon; five sisters, Ruth Franek of
Ontario, Rose Sullivan of Parma, Dorothy Cuddeback of Greenleaf,
Pauline Chamblee of Riggins; six grandchildren, and numerous nieces
and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Mountain States Tumor
Institute. Friends may call at the chapel, Wednesday from 7 to 9
p.m. and Thursday from noon to 1 p.m..
