Graveside services for
Pearl V. Bloyd, 71, Homedale Route 1, who died Thursday, at a
Caldwell hospital of natural causes, will be conducted at
10:30 a.m. Monday at the Parma Cemetery, by Pastor Roger
Bierwagon of the Homedale Seventh-day Adventist Church, under
the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
She was born July 7, 1911, in Catoosa, Okla. She
moved to Parma with her parents as a child where she was
raised and educated in the Big Bend Community near Parma.
She married Merle Bloyd, April 28, 1934, in Boise. They
resided in the Parma-Roswell area until moving to Homedale in
1937, where they have since resided. She was a member ob
the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Homedale.
She is survived by her husband of Homedale; one
daughter, Mrs. Joe (Jean) Gross of Boise; six brothers, Earl
Klahr of Homedale, Harry Klahr, Charles Klahr and Carl Klahr,
all of Caldwell, Elmer Klahr of Middleton, and Jim Klahr of
Parma; two sisters, Ruby Reese of Caldwell and Nola Yeakel of
Parma; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by a brother. |
