Richard B. Bulman, 58, of Caldwell, died Friday, July 12,
1996, at his home of natural causes. Funeral services will be
held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 19, 1996, at Dakan Funeral
Chapel, Caldwell. Interment will follow at the
Roswell
Cemetery.
Mr. Bulman was born November 20, 1937, to Clara and Frank
Bulmanin San Diego, California. Richard was raised by foster
parents, Effie and Floyd Morgan from the age of nine. He
enlisted in the U.S. Air Force on November 8, 1955, and was
honorably discharged November 7, 1959. Richard lead a most
interesting life with too numerous events to relate. Some
events were, as a child he raised a Hereford calf that was
given to him by Warner Bros. Studios. As a young man he
worked at Africa U.S.A. in California. He moved to Idaho
about 1974 and worked for Hewlett Packard and some smaller
companies until his retirement in 1993 because of health
problems. He married Beverly McBride March 21, 1980, in
Boise.
Surviving are his wife of 16 ½ years, Beverly; his
stepsons, Jerry Pierce of Homedale and Jesse Gonzalez II and
his wife, Brandi of Newburg, Oregon; a stepdaughter, Sonja
Howes and her husband, Chris of San Jose, California; 2
daughters by a previous marriage, Wendy and Carrie; his
stepgrandchildren, John, Sabrina and Patrick Howes and Jesse
Gonzalez III; 2 brothers, Bull Bulman of Reno, Nevada, and
David Bulamn, Hawaii; and a sister, Patricia Delaney of
Willits, California.
Friends may call at Dakan Funeral Chapel in Caldwell from
4 to 8 p.m., Thursday. |
