Funeral services for
Roga Jean Everhart, 26, of Portland, Ore., who died August 3
in Dallas, Texas as the result of an automobile accident will
be conducted at 2:30
p.m. Tuesday at the
Midway Bible Missionary Church on Ustick Road in Nampa.
Officiating will be the Rev. Lonnie Wages, of the Kuna
Bible Missionary
Church, North Pacific District. Interment will follow in the
Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Services and interment are under
the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
She was born May 26, 1957 at Gardena,
Calif. to Roger and
Ruth Collar. She was reared and educated in Torrence and
Gardena, Calif. And attended Gardena High School.
She married Gary Eldon Everhart on Oct. 18, 1975 in
Wichita,
Kan. They then moved to Rock
Island,
Ill. where they attended Bible
Missionary Institute. They pastored in Rockford, Ill. until
September of 1982 when they moved to Portland,
Ore., where they were
currently pasturing a church. She had worked for Sears for
several years in Rockford and Portland.
She was a member of the Bible
Missionary Church.
She is survived by her husband of Portland; two sons,
Gary Eldon Everhart, Jr. and David Eugene Everhart, both at
home; one daughter, Carissa Arlene Everhart, at home; two
sisters, Susan Todd, Lakewood, Calif., Pat Ide, Redding,
Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Collar, Willits,
Calif.; five nieces and one nephew. The family suggests
memorial contributions be made to set up a trust fund for the
children in care of Cindy A. Everhart, Box 42, Midvale, ID
83645. |
