Robert J. Gray

     Robert James Gray, 76, of 12th and Blaine Sts., Caldwell, died Wednesday at a local hospital.
     He was born March 4, 1882 in Kings Point, Mo., and moved to Yampa, Colo., with his parents when he was a year old.  He worked on cattle ranches until 1944 when he came to Caldwell to make his home.  Prior to moving here he was foreman for the Green Cattle Company of Taft, Texas and the Two-Bar Cattle Company at Chugwater, Wyo.
   He was a member of the Congregational Church of Nampa.
     His survivors include a brother, David Gray, Caldwell;  three sisters, Mrs. Mary Helm, Caldwell, Mrs. Minnie Hagler, Sarcoxie, Mo., and Mrs. Meyrtie Jenkins, of Dunnegan, Mo.;  12 nieces and 14 nephews.
     Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Chapel in Caldwell.  The Rev. Harold N. Nye will officiate.  Interment will be at the Parma cemetery.
