Graveside services for
Ruby L. Brady, 86, Wilder, who died Thursday in a Caldwell
hospital, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Wilder
Cemetery by Wilder Rebekah Lodge. Memorial services will
be conducted at 11 a.m. in Wilder Untied Methodist Church by
the Rev. David Guard, under the direction of Dakan Funeral
Chapel, Caldwell.
She was born Nov. 29, 1894, in Salida, Colo., to
William and Mary Jones. She moved with her family to
Newburg, Ore., where she was reared and educated. She
married Henry T. Brady on Jan. 1, 1918, in Newburg. They
moved in 1919 to the Wilder community, where they farmed for
many years. She was a member of Wilder United Methodist
Church and Wilder Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her husband and a son, Edward L.,
both of Wilder; a daughter, Pauline E. Norburg of Parma; six
grandchildren and five great-granddaughters. She was
preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
