Albert Campbell

      Services for Albert L. “Ab” Campbell, 74, Caldwell, who died Tuesday, Jan. 29, in a Caldwell nursing home, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
      The Rev. Dave Lewis of the First Baptist Church of Middleton will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Middleton Cemetery, Middleton.     
      Mr. Campbell was born Nov. 9, 1910, at Grant City, Mo., a son of Marion and Nona Limrick Campbell.  He attended school in Grant City and moved to Middleton with his family in 1927.
      He married Edith Bailey on Feb. 22, 1933, at Vale, Ore.  She died in 1937.
      He had worked on the Union Pacific Railroad through Middleton until 1945, then moved to Parma where he farmed until 1951.  He worked for the B.B. Burroughs Sheep Co. and the J.R. Simplot Company until his retirement in 1972.
      He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Lola) Myers of Frenchtown, Mont., and Mrs. Robert Evelyn Duncan of Nampa; four brothers, Levi and John, both of Caldwell, George of Modesto, Calif., and Guy Campbell of Middleton; two sisters Verna Leeper and Pat Larson, both of Middleton; 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters, and a grandson.
     Friends may call today from 1 until 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.
