Chad Bradford Brunmeier, 12, of Caldwell, died peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1993, at a Boise hospital. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Pastor Orval Halley of Fairview Church of the Nazarene, Nampa, will officiate, under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
Chad was born November 3, 1980, at Caldwell. He attended East Canyon Elementary and would have started 7th grade at Vallivue Jr. High. He played soccer for 6 years in the COYS program and was a student of Karate, earning an orange belt, until he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Two of Chad’s most favorite things to do were ride his motorcycle and put together model cars. Later he enjoyed quieter hobbies such as chess, checkers, card games and painting ceramics.
Chad is survived by hs parents, Kurt and Linette Brunmeier, a brother, Kraig, a great-grandmother, Frances Fullerton, all of Caldwell; and many very special aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call today, Sept. 9, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
The family suggests memorials be made to Mountain States Tumor Institute, 151 E. Bannock, or St. Luke’s Pediatrics, 190 E. Bannock, Boise ID 83712.
