___________
CALDWELL, March 13. -- Chester E. Glenn, son of Mr.
and Mrs. R. E. Glenn, living near Notus, died about 1 o'clock this
morning. Something over two years ago he slightly injured one
of his legs, just below the knee. When a cancerous growth
appeared in order to save his life the limb was amputated. He
so far recovered as to be able to attend school, but eight weeks ago
the disease attacked his lungs, having apparently remained dormant
for two years.
Chester E. Glenn was born November 10, 1892, in
Caldwell. Funeral services will be held at the Lower Boise
Presbyterian church at 11 a.m. Services will be conducted by
Dr. Boone and interment will take place in Lower Boise cemetery.
Besides his father and mother he leaves one sister and a large
circle of school mates to mourn his death. |
