E. Whittig, 75, Succumbs
at Farm Home; Resident of
Community 14 Years
C. E. Whittig, 75, passed away early Thursday morning
at his home at Pleasant Ridge. Mr. Whittig has been a resident
of that community for the past 14 years.
He is survived by his widow, two sons, Harold of the
parental home and Roy of Notus; two daughters, Audrey Whittig of
Pleasant Ridge and Mrs. Norvin Adams of Caldwell, and two nephews
Joe Whittig of Caldwell and John Whittig of Meridian.

Funeral is Held
Ridge Man is Laid
at Rest in Canyon Hill
Funeral services for C. E. Whittig, 75, of Pleasant
Ridge were held Saturday afternoon at the Peckham funeral chapel.
Prof. E. C. Preston was in charge of the services. Interment
was in the Canyon Hill cemetery.
Mr. Whittig passed away early Thursday morning at his
home in Pleasant Ridge, where he has resided for the past 14 years.
He is survived by his widow; two sons, Harold of Pleasant Ridge and
Roy of Notus; two daughters, Audrey Whittig of Pleasant Ridge and
Mrs. Norvin Adams of Caldwell; and two nephews, Joe Whittig of
Caldwell and John Whittig of Meridian.
