Eldon Cearly

     Graveside services for Eldon E. Cearley, 66, of Caldwell, who died Thursday, Aug. 16, 1990, at his home, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
     Mr. Cearley was born Feb. 8, 1924, at Richfield, Mo., a son of Virgil and Lula Mae Upshaw Cearley.  He was reared and educated in Missouri, and came to Idaho in 1944.  He married Viola M. Kimbrough on Feb. 8, 1973, at Eldo, Nev.  He had worked as a carpenter and painter most of his life.  Mr. Cearley was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
     He is survived by his wife of Caldwell, a stepson, Donald Snellings of Tahoe, Nev.; two stepdaughters, Cathy Jean Dowers of Boise, and Barbara Alice Glenn of Napa; a brother, Nova Cearley of West Plains, Mo.; and four nieces.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
     Memorials may be given to the Caldwell Hospice program, 1717 Arlington, Caldwell, Idaho.
     Arrangements are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
