Mae Campbell

      Services for Elsie Mae Campbell, 76, of Caldwell Rout 7, who died Sunday, Dec. 1, at the Nampa hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
      The Rev. Bill Putman of the Sunrise Christian Church of Ontario, Ore., will officiate.  Private burial will follow at the Middleton Cemetery.
      Mrs. Campbell was born Aug. 26, 1909, at Stanberry, Mo., to Joseph and Cora Mae McHenry.  She was reared and educated in Missouri and married Archie Campbell on Nov. 19, 1925 in Worth County, Mo.
      The couple moved to Middleton in 1928, where they farmed.  In 1960, they moved to the Sand Hollow area north of Caldwell.
      Mr. Campbell died on Dec. 21, 1983, and she had resided at the Midland Manor nursing home since that time.

      She is survived by three sons, Charles Arch Campbell of Kirkland, Wash., George Earl Campbell of Canby, Ore., Bobbie Jay Campbell of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.; two daughters, Kathleen Elsie Carper of Seattle, Wash., and Delores Illene Gepford of Oregon City, Ore.; a brother, J.R. McHenry of Caldwell; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
