CALDWELL. -- Services for Harold P.
Badley, 57, Caldwell Route 4, who died Wednesday in a
Caldwell hospital, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the
Dakan Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gordon St. George of the
Greenleaf Friends Church officiating.
Interment will be in the Greenleaf Cemetery.
Mr. Badley was born Jan. 10, 1914 in Fruitland. He attended schools
at Emmett, Midway and Caldwell.
He married Mary M. Cole Sept 14, 1933 in Caldwell, and they farmed
in the local valley. He was employed at the Boise Project
Board of Control at the time of his death.
He was a member of the Notus Grange and Greenleaf Riding Club.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Gerald A., of Madras,
Ore.; two daughters, Mrs. Frieda Mabee, New Plymouth, and
Mrs. Dorothy Larsen, Boise; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl
Purchase, Riverview, Fla., Mrs. Elda Welter, Ft. Bragg,
Calif., Mrs. Karl (Etta) Roedel, Caldwell, and four
grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorials may be given to the
Greenleaf Academy or the American Cancer Society.
