Johnny Bungo

     Memorial services for Johnny M. Bungo, 72, of West Linn, Oregon, who died February 8, 1992, at her home, surrounded by her family, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 1992, at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  Reverend Ray Thompson of the United Methodist Church will officiate.  Inurnment will be at the Wilder Cemetery.
     Johnny was born August 30, 1919, at Fairbanks
, Oklahoma, a daughter of John and Florence Emily Hayes Horn.  She moved from Boise, Idaho, in the spring of 1969 with her son, John, to a small town in eastern Oregon called John Day.  She moved back to Meridian in the mid-1980s where she lived until March of 1990, when she moved to Portland to live with her son and his family in West Lin.
     Johnny was an avid card player, bowler, dancer and pool player.
     She was a member of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church of West Linn and the Gladstone Senior Center.
     She is survived by two children, John Bungo of West Linn,
Oregon, and Brenda Gay Holbrook of Inglewood, California; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
