Services for Roe Allen
Willey, 79, of 608 Diamond St., Nampa, who died Thursday, will
be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel with
the Rev. Victor Maier officiating. Interment will be in
Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Willey was born Sept., 4, 1879, in Fort Dodge, Iowa
and moved to Minnesota and from there into Canada. He
married Donia Krausch, in April of 1917 at Vermilion,
Alberta, Canada. They resided at Elk Point for two years
before moving to Valley city, J. D., where he farmed for 30
years. In August of 1946 they moved to Nampa where they
had since made their home.
He attended the Nampa Pentecostal Church.
Survivors besides his wife, Mrs. Donia Willey of Nampa,
are two sons, Ralph Willey of La Grande, Ore., and Kenneth
Willey of Grand Forks, N. D. and five grandchildren and two
nieces. |
