Susan (Bess) Wymore
Mrs. Susanah Elizabeth
(Bess) Wymore, pioneer resident of Caldwell died at her home
at 823 Cleveland Blvd., Thursday evening after suffering a
Mrs. Wymore was born July 26, 1885, in Smith Center,
Kan., and came to Caldwell with her parents in 1890 and made
her home in original Glenn home since 1900 with the exception
of six years in Portland, Ore.
She was married to James S. Wymore on Nov. 2, 1920, at
Boise. In 1924 they moved to Portland Ore., and in 1930
they returned to Caldwell where they have since made their
home which will soon be moved to make way for a new building.
Mrs. Wymore was a member of the Christian Church, the
American Legion Auxiliary and the Royal Neighbors of America.
She is survived by her husband, James Wymore; a
brother, Polk Glenn, both of Caldwell; a nephew Oral Lee Glenn
of Nampa and a niece, Mrs. Murle Martinez of Watsonville,
Arrangements are pending at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel.
