     Mm. Benjamin Sherwood passed away Sunday evening, March 14, at his home in Wilder, Ida.
     Born July 26, 1878, at Gold Hill, Colo., his earlier years were spent in Boulder, Colo., with mining as his vocation.  He came to Idaho in 1920 and after spending two years or so in Boise he moved to Wilder, where he and his family have since lived.
     At the time of his death he was custodian of the Wilder school buildings and grounds.
     He is survived by his wife, eEsther A. Sherwood of Wilder; one son, Calvin L. Sherwood of Camp Karney, Neb.; two sisters, Mrs. Charles B. Cramer of Huntington Park, Cald., and Mr. J. C. Young of Wilder, Ida.; a brother, E. F. Sherwood of Salt Lake City, and an aunt, Miss Katie Sherwood of Huntington, Cal.
     Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed.  Body is at Peckham funeral chapel.
